“We stay consistent with Mercy’s core values by employing Catherine McAuley’s teachings in our daily activities.”

Thank you for visiting Mercy Crest Assisted Living, where we have been providing quality Assisted Living and Independent Resident Services in Barling, Arkansas for the past 25 years. Since 1992, Mercy Crest has provided services that advance the quality of life for the elderly and disabled residents in the most appropriate, least restrictive, Christian environment. As an Assisted Living II facility, we were able to expand our reach to include the more economically challenged aging population, through the use of Medicaid funding. Resident-centered care planning allows our licensed and certified team members to care for our residents individual needs in a way that promotes privacy and independence.

Mercy Crest is a beautiful 100-apartment facility that sits on 19 scenic acres. Our beautifully landscaped grounds present a peaceful atmosphere, where residents are able to garden, bird watch, and enjoy outside activities. Located just minutes from shopping and medical services in Fort Smith, Mercy Crest provides the comforts of country living with the convenience of the city.
